Common Issues & Solutions

Station not appearing on map

If you've recently added a station and it's not showing up, it may be pending verification. Stations typically appear within 24 hours of submission.

Incorrect station information

You can suggest edits directly by clicking 'Suggest Edit' on any station page. Alternatively, use this form to report major discrepancies.

Account login problems

If you're having trouble logging in, try resetting your password. If issues persist, please report them using this form.

App or website bugs

For technical issues with the website or app, please provide your device type, browser version, and steps to reproduce the bug.
